DR. ASHLEY DIMEOLA

Owner + Medical Director

As Medical Director and on–site physician, Dr. DiMeola combines her thorough knowledge of facial anatomy, advanced clinical training in cosmetic injections, and warm nature to achieve beautiful non–surgical results for her clients in a safe, comfortable setting.

Dr.DiMeola’s vision is to create a warm, inviting environment with a focus on enhancing her client’s natural beauty with non–surgical injection techniques. Her refreshing and patient centered approach combined with extensive knowledge and attention to detail enables her clients to feel comfortable when completing their customized treatment plans.

To maintain her clients’ high level of satisfaction and provide the most current, non–invasive treatments, Dr. DiMeola actively continues her education by attending trainings and seminars.

Dr.DiMeola is certified in Injectable Medicine Aesthetics and Advanced Filler Techniques by the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. DiMeola attended Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she graduated as a Doctor of Osteopathy in 2008. Dr.

DiMeola started her medical career in the United States Navy in 2008. While with the Navy, she worked as a senior flight surgeon and occupational medicine director for a large military training facility. Prior to joining Glow Aesthetics Medical Spa, Dr. DiMeola worked as a Medical Director in Texas before moving to Vermont.

Ella Cole

Registered Nurse (RN)

Ella, a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector at Glow, is a native Vermonter who has chosen to expand her career within her community. Her journey into aesthetic nursing was driven by a desire to blend her love for the dynamic nature and critical thinking of bedside nursing with her innate artistic eye. Finding fulfillment in creating symmetry and balance, Ella is passionate about enhancing her clients’ natural beauty and instilling confidence in their own skin.

With a warm and bubbly nature, Ella prioritizes providing a caring approach to her clients, valuing honesty and fostering strong relationships. She cherishes the opportunity to connect one-on-one with each client, listening to their desires and collaborating with them to devise personalized treatment plans. Ella earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vermont Technical College and has previously worked in Pediatrics and as a Peri-anesthetic nurse. Upon discovering her passion for aesthetics, she pursued further education, obtaining her Medical Aesthetic Certification and certifications in Botox and Fillers.

Even beyond her professional endeavors, Ella remains active, enjoying gym sessions, tackling house projects, and continuing her education through various courses and trainings. When it’s time to unwind, she can be found exploring Trader Joe’s or cozying up with her beloved fur babies.

Gillian Wright

Clinical Cosmetologist

Gillian, a proud Vermonter, discovered her passion for aesthetics at a young age. Her journey in the field began at The Aveda Institute, where she earned her cosmetology license. Since then, Gillian has honed her skills and accumulated a wealth of knowledge, making her an invaluable asset to Glow. Whether she’s providing rejuvenating facials, stunning lash extensions, or any other procedure, Gillian takes immense pride in helping her clients feel beautiful inside and out. She is particularly dedicated to mastering her lash extension technique, ensuring flawless results with each application. Outside of work, Gillian enjoys spending quality time with her charming golden retriever, Scout.

Fasika Parrott

Clinical Aesthetician

Fasika is a graduate from O’Briens Aveda Institute in Williston, Vermont. As an esthetician she loves giving her clients treatments that make their lives a little easier and that make them happy inside. Her favorite treatment to provide is laser hair removal, due to seeing the happiness her clients get from seeing the progress. As an esthetician she drives to give clients the service they deserve, by listening and hearing what their goals are with their skin and the steps we can make as a team to get there. In Fasika’s free time you can find her spending time with family and friends, or at the gym.

Caitlin Jagodzinski

Clinical Aesthetician

Caitlin is a graduate of the Aesthetic Science Institute of New York. As an Esthetician her attention to detail, focus on result driven skincare and an individualized approach for each client is apparent. Caitlin believes in innovative technologies to treat skin conditions, but also emphasizes in hands-on facials including manual massage, lymphatic drainage, LED light therapy, and cold therapy. Maintaining healthy skin is about balance and consistency and her goal is to help you develop a plan where self care is made a priority! In her free time you can find her doing farm chores, taking her miniature sheep on walks, and relaxing with her cat and boyfriend in South Hero.

Aleksey Jordick

Practice Manager

A Vermont native, Aleksey attended the University of Vermont, where she pursued a degree in Nutrition and Food Science. Her deep-rooted passion for health and well-being aligns seamlessly with Glow’s philosophy, as she strives to ensure that every client leaves their appointment at Glow feeling and looking their absolute best. Aleksey’s enthusiasm for staying on top of new technologies and advancements in the industry is palpable, and she is dedicated to finding innovative ways to integrate them into our practice. Whether she’s in the office or engaging with clients in the spa, Aleksey’s presence is characterized by her approachability and genuine interest in client satisfaction. Outside of Glow, she enjoys indulging her love for reading and travelling with her boyfriend, Jason.
