Kristen Ely
Physician Assistant
A Physician Assistant and local Vermonter, she is thrilled to bring her skilled procedure based background from Orthopedics and Dermatology to Glow Aesthetics. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy combined with a love for balance, attention to detail and eye for design has allowed her to bring a dedicated and refreshing eye to the practice.
She is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams by truly listening and customizing treatment plans. As she says “It brings me immense joy to help others feel more radiant. I truly believe when we feel great about ourselves it allows us to shine brighter for those we care about most.”
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training while living in Florida. She then went on to earn her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in Charleston, SC before moving back to Vermont.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and nature. You can usually find her gardening, hunting, running, biking or hiking with her dog Autumn.
Kristina Paine
Aesthetic RN
With a lifelong passion for health promotion and wellness, Kristina finds purpose in helping others feel their best-inside and out. Born and raised in Vermont, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Wellness Management from John Brown University before completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern New Hampshire University.
Since beginning her nursing career in 2012, Kristina has gained extensive experience in medical-surgical care, outpatient procedures, general surgery, and gastroenterology. Today, she continues to work as a home infusion nurse while pursuing her true calling in aesthetic medicine.
Kristina is known for her gentle touch, compassion, and commitment to patient education. She believes aesthetic medicine is about enhancing and maintaining one’s natural beauty, and she takes pride in helping clients feel confident and cared for. Dedicated to continuous learning, Kristina stays at the forefront of the latest techniques, products, and technologies to ensure her patients always receive the best results possible.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys traveling, reading, biking, paddleboarding, gardening, and spending time with her two cats.
Danielle Currier
Aesthetic RN
Danielle is a Vermont based registered nurse with a strong foundation in wellness focused and whole person care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Family Nurse
Practitioner degree at Texas Woman’s University.
She began her nursing career in 2012 and brings experience from population health, case management, infusion services, and aesthetic care. This broad clinical background shapes an approach centered on connection, education, and individualized care.
Danielle believes aesthetics and wellness should feel supportive, empowering, and personal. Her philosophy centers on listening, building trust, and creating plans tailored to each individual. Clients often appreciate her upbeat personality, clear communication, and ability to make the experience feel comfortable, unique and approachable.
She remains committed to ongoing education and staying current within the evolving fields of aesthetics and wellness.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys photography, travel, motorcycles, and spending time outdoors. She values creativity, growth, and helping people feel good in their own skin.
Fasika Parrott
Advanced Laser Specialist and Clinical Aesthetician
Fasika is a graduate from O’Briens Aveda Institute in Williston, Vermont. As an esthetician she loves giving her clients treatments that make their lives a little easier and that make them happy inside. Her favorite treatment to provide is laser hair removal, due to seeing the happiness her clients get from seeing the progress. As an esthetician she drives to give clients the service they deserve, by listening and hearing what their goals are with their skin and the steps we can make as a team to get there. In Fasika’s free time you can find her spending time with family and friends, or at the gym.
Alianna Banke

Alianna Banke is a dually licensed cosmetologist and Aesthetician with over six years of experience in the beauty industry. She offers a variety of services including lash lifts, brow tinting, body waxing, and customized skin treatments—with a special focus on Hydrafacials for their ability to deliver radiant, clinically proven results.
Alianna is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. She takes a personalized approach to every treatment, tailoring services to meet each client’s unique skin goals. Her calm, welcoming presence creates an environment where education and self-care go hand in hand.
Committed to staying on the cutting edge, Alianna continually invests in advanced training and education. Outside of work, you’ll find her tending to her plants, going for a run, or spending time with her cat.
